Event Manager (HK listed co,business events)

Our client is a leading and well established HK listed company within the consumer products sector. They are currently looking for an Event Manager join their dynamic team.

• Degree holder with 4+ years of event management experience
• Wellcome IANG, TTPS and PRC Graduate

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage corporate events from conception to execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all aspects of the event are executed smoothly.
• Create event timelines, schedules, and promotional materials to drive attendance and engagement.
• Evaluate the success of each event through feedback and metrics, making recommendations for future improvements.
• Support senior management with business matters and assist in maintaining efficient office operations.
• Occasional travel might be required.
  
  

Requirement

• Degree holder with 4+ year of work experience
• Wellcome IANG, TTPS and PRC Graduate
• Solid event management experience
• Self motivated and detail minded
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
